Genesis hero NFTs - deposit, withdraw and stuck transfers

Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.

Quick answer: Genesis heroes live on Robinhood Chain. To play one, send it to your deposit address (Wallet → Receive Hero). To take one out, open Send Hero, pick the hero, enter your own wallet address and confirm. The game offers this only for a hero that is not busy, and only while sending is open. Check progress in Wallet → open wallet history → Heroes.

The game links to the Genesis collection on OpenSea: https://opensea.io/collection/xlords-hero-genesis (the Buy on OpenSea button). The collection contract on Robinhood Chain is 0x384d681c67e78edefde9b53978cae627c15ba870. Check the address before you buy.

The game does not set Genesis hero prices. Look at recent sales on OpenSea.

  1. Open Wallet and tap Receive Hero.
  2. Copy Your deposit address.
  3. Send your hero NFT to that address on Robinhood Chain only. You can send from any wallet.
  4. Wait. The hero joins your roster automatically and you see “Hero #… joined your roster.”

Rules:

  • Send only XLords heroes, on Robinhood Chain. Other NFTs can be lost.
  • Your own wallet pays the network fee in ETH, the Robinhood Chain coin.
  • A hero that is not revealed yet can be deposited too. It shows Waiting for reveal and joins your army after the reveal.
  • A hero already active in another player’s account is not credited to you.
  • Your Deposit address is the game’s address for you. It is not a wallet you control. Do not use it to connect to OpenSea or to receive a withdrawal.
  1. Open your heroes and tap Send Hero.
  2. Pick the hero. The hero must be Genesis, on Robinhood Chain, and not busy.
  3. Paste your own address in Recipient wallet address. The button stays off until the address is a valid, non-zero address.
  4. Tap Withdraw to wallet, then Withdraw hero.
  5. Wait for “Sending… This can take a few minutes.” The result is “Hero sent to your wallet.”

Rules:

  • A hero goes back to the chain it was created on. Today that is Robinhood Chain.
  • You cannot send it to your own deposit address. Another player’s deposit address is accepted.
  • Once sent, you cannot reverse the transfer. The hero leaves your roster.
  • You do not enter or pay a fee. The game tops up the network fee for the transfer.
  • If you do not see Send Hero for a hero, or you see “Hero withdrawals are paused right now”, sending is not open for that hero at the moment.
  • Only a hero that shows Ready can be sent. A hero guarding the Wall, marching, sheltered, wounded, captured, listed or still upgrading rank or grade is busy (“Recall this hero from duty to withdraw it.”). Your leader always stands on the Wall, so you cannot send it. Make another hero your leader first (see Change your leader); the old leader becomes Ready. Then try again.
  • If your account is restricted from withdrawing, the screen says so. Contact support in the game.

The game keeps level and experience, not the chain. They are not stored on the NFT. When you send a hero out and later deposit the same hero again, it comes back with the level and experience it had.

Status in Heroes history What it means
Processing Your request is queued or still moving.
Waiting for reveal The hero arrived but is not revealed yet. It joins your army after the reveal.
Deposited The hero is in your roster.
Withdrawn The hero is in your wallet.
Failed The transfer did not go through. A hero from a failed withdrawal is back in your army.

Can I still get a Genesis hero if I missed the mint?

Section titled “Can I still get a Genesis hero if I missed the mint?”

Yes, if you buy one. The game does not run the mint and shows no mint dates, supply or sales. Open Receive Hero and tap Buy on OpenSea, buy a hero from the official collection, then send it to your Deposit address. See Deposit a hero into the game. For any new mint, follow the official XLords announcements. The game cannot tell you.

The game sets no price for Genesis heroes and shows no mint price. Look at recent sales of similar heroes on OpenSea. When you send a hero in from your own wallet, you pay the network fee in ETH on Robinhood Chain, so keep a little ETH there. See Network fees.

OpenSea sells NFTs that sit in your own wallet. A hero in your roster is held by the game, so you cannot list it from there. To sell it, send it out first with Send Hero, then list it from your wallet.

If you do not see Send Hero for that hero, or the game says “Hero withdrawals are paused right now. Try again later.”, you cannot send it out at that moment. The price is whatever a buyer pays. The game does not set it.

Can I withdraw my hero NFT to my own wallet?

Section titled “Can I withdraw my hero NFT to my own wallet?”

Only when the game offers it for that hero. The game checks each hero when you open Send Hero. If it shows no option, or says “Hero withdrawals are paused right now. Try again later.”, sending is closed for that hero right now. Your hero stays in your roster and you can keep playing it. The steps are in Send a hero to your wallet.

Trust the link the game itself shows: Buy on OpenSea opens the Genesis collection (see Official collection). Check the contract address on any listing against the one above. Do not trust a message, site or private chat that sends you somewhere else or asks for your seed phrase or private key. Support never needs them.

How do I connect my game account to OpenSea?

Section titled “How do I connect my game account to OpenSea?”

You do not. OpenSea connects to a crypto wallet that you control. Your game login is separate, and your Deposit address is not a wallet you control. Never connect OpenSea to it. To bring a hero into the game, send it to your Deposit address. To take it out, use Send Hero. Your hero’s level lives in the game, not on the NFT. See Your hero’s level. Which wallet was on a mint whitelist is not shown in the game.

Open Wallet, open the wallet history and pick Heroes. Deposited means the hero is in your roster. Waiting for reveal means it joins your army after the reveal. Processing means wait. Failed means the transfer did not go through. See Statuses and If something goes wrong.

Do hero NFT holders get airdrop points or a bonus?

Section titled “Do hero NFT holders get airdrop points or a bonus?”

No. Holding a Genesis hero is not one of the actions that earn airdrop points, and the game gives no other bonus for holding one. See How you earn points. Whether the team announces anything else is not shown in the game.

  • Deposit not showing: look in Heroes history first. Make sure you sent on Robinhood Chain to your own deposit address. A wrong network or address cannot be fixed from the game.
  • Withdrawal stays on Sending or Processing: do not start a second withdrawal for the same hero. Check Heroes history first.
  • Hero still shows in game after a withdrawal: reload the game and look at the hero’s status in Heroes history.
  • Withdrawal says “This NFT is in use or no longer available”: refresh your inventory, recall the hero from duty, then try again.
  • Still stuck: contact support with the hero number, your wallet address, the time you sent it, and a screenshot of the history row. For USDT and ETH transfers see Withdrawals.
