Stars, Labyrinth chests and shards
Section titled “Stars, Labyrinth chests and shards”What are Labyrinth chests, shards and Stars, and how do I use them?
Section titled “What are Labyrinth chests, shards and Stars, and how do I use them?”Stars are described in the game as “Ammo for Labyrinth Boss hits”. Labyrinth Chest Shards are collected to open a Labyrinth Chest, and Labyrinth Elite Chest Shards to open a Labyrinth Elite Chest. You get them from Activity Points chests and from some quests, and they sit in your Bag. There is no Labyrinth screen in the game right now, so there is nowhere to spend them yet. See Daily quests and daily login for which chest gives what.
Where do I find the Labyrinth?
Section titled “Where do I find the Labyrinth?”You can’t open it today: the game has no Labyrinth screen, and the buttons of Labyrinth quests only take you back to the map. Shards and Stars you earn are listed in your Bag. The game shows no release date and no entry cost for the Labyrinth.
Quests and daily rewards
Section titled “Quests and daily rewards”How do I complete the Ethereon transformation quests?
Section titled “How do I complete the Ethereon transformation quests?”They count claims, not starts. Start a conversion in the Ethereon Tower, wait for the countdown, then tap Claim. Each claimed conversion adds 1 to the daily quests Claim 1 Ethereon transform and Claim 3 Ethereon transforms. You must claim your finished conversion before you can start more. See Buildings reference for the tower.
Does the Upgrade Hero daily quest need a grade-up?
Section titled “Does the Upgrade Hero daily quest need a grade-up?”The daily quest is called Upgrade a hero once, and its button opens the Hero screen. It counts a hero grade upgrade. Levelling up with EXP and raising a rank do not count.
The cheapest grade step is Common to Uncommon: 20 medals of that hero’s type and a 20 h wait. There is no cheaper way to finish this quest. See Upgrading heroes for the medals and waits. If the quest does not tick after your upgrade, open a ticket with the hero name and the time.
Why isn’t my quest progress counting?
Section titled “Why isn’t my quest progress counting?”Run through the checks on Daily quests and daily login. The common causes: the quest is not claimed yet, the daily reset at 00:00 UTC passed, or the action was done before the quest appeared.
Guild and Admin quests only appear from Castle level 5, and their set is replaced every 4 hours. If a Guild or Admin quest shows an error, close and reopen the game and try Claim again; if it stays, send a ticket with the quest name and a screenshot.
How do I complete this quest?
Section titled “How do I complete this quest?”Read the quest card: it names the action and the amount. Gather quests need resources from the map: the small ones one gather, the big ones (for example 200,000 Food) add up through the day. They appear from Castle level 2 to 4 depending on the quest. See Gather quests. A quest only gives its reward after you tap Claim.
How many Gems can I get from quests, and why so few?
Section titled “How many Gems can I get from quests, and why so few?”Each Daily quest pays 5 or 10 Gems when you claim it, and each day you only get the quests on your Daily tab. The five Activity Points chests give no Gems. Events can pay Gems too. See Gems from quests and Events.
How do I get the Starter Hero chest?
Section titled “How do I get the Starter Hero chest?”The Day 30 reward of the daily login calendar includes 1 chest, and the game’s data calls that chest “starter hero”. It does not hand you a hero. It opens into 5 medals for each of the two Classic heroes, a few speed-ups and 50 Stars.
A summon needs 10 medals of one hero type, so use the medals together with more from the Store (see How do I get a hero?). Claim every day: skipping a day sends you back to Day 1. There is no pack called Hero Chest in the Store today. See Daily login calendar and Store and packs.
Events
Section titled “Events”Why isn’t my Hell Rush event progress counting?
Section titled “Why isn’t my Hell Rush event progress counting?”Hell Rush is scored like every event. Open the event and read Rules: only the actions listed under Scoring sources count, only while the event is Active (and only after you registered, if it needs registration), and each source can have a daily limit. Actions before the start or after the end are not added later.
Hell Rush runs in one-hour rounds, and a training only scores when it finishes inside the round. The points per action are in Hell Rush: what it counts. See Events for the full checklist. If it all fits and the score is still wrong, open a ticket with the event name, what you did and when, plus a screenshot of Rules and your score.
How do I take part in the TOKEN2049 mines event?
Section titled “How do I take part in the TOKEN2049 mines event?”Gather at the TOKEN2049 Mines on the Singapore, Jakarta and Kyoto maps. They sit within about 2.5 km of a landmark (Marina Bay Sands, Monas, Kyoto city centre) and stay until 11 Oct 2026, 16:00 UTC. Each 1,000 resources you gather scores 1 point, up to 500 points a day, with a milestone every 50 points. Gathering at a normal mine does not score. See TOKEN2049 mines.
Why haven’t I received rewards for gathering in the event mines?
Section titled “Why haven’t I received rewards for gathering in the event mines?”Check these: the mine must be a TOKEN2049 Mine (its info panel says so), your gather must be finished, you must be inside today’s 500 point limit, and you must pick today’s round in Events. Milestone rewards are paid automatically when you reach them. If your score in Events is right and a reward is missing, send a ticket with the time and a screenshot of your score. See TOKEN2049 mines.
Do building upgrades give more event points at higher building levels?
Section titled “Do building upgrades give more event points at higher building levels?”No. In Hell Rush an upgrade scores a flat amount (450 points) whatever the building’s level. See Hell Rush: what it counts.
Why does it say I’m already in another guild?
Section titled “Why does it say I’m already in another guild?”The game says “User already in another guild! Leave to join a new one.” You can only be in one guild. Use Leave Guild first. You can’t leave while you hold a fortress or while one of your armies is in a rally battle. See Guild basics. If you are sure you are in no guild, send a ticket with your player name and the time.
How can I check who a guild leader is?
Section titled “How can I check who a guild leader is?”Open the guild’s page: the Leader line shows the leader’s name, and tapping it opens that player’s profile. In the Member List, the leader is marked Leader. Rank 5 is the guild leader role: whoever creates a guild becomes Rank 5 and can hand it over to another member. Never share your password, private key or recovery phrase with anyone. See Ranks and what each can do.
Why does my guild show 100/100 but the list only shows 50?
Section titled “Why does my guild show 100/100 but the list only shows 50?”The Member List loads 50 members at a time and fetches the second page by itself, so a full guild of 100 should show all 100 after a moment. The list also refreshes about every 10 seconds. Close the list and reopen it. If members are still missing, send a ticket with a screenshot of the list.
Will there be Guild vs Guild battles?
Section titled “Will there be Guild vs Guild battles?”Guilds fight each other for fortresses today: see Fortresses and Kingdom War. Guild events also score together; see Events.
New Guild vs Guild modes are not announced in this help. Send ideas in a ticket (see Contact support); a ticket does not guarantee any outcome.
Why doesn’t Guild Help work or take effect?
Section titled “Why doesn’t Guild Help work or take effect?”Only Upgrade Building, Research and Convert Ethereon tasks can ask for help, once per task. Each help needs room under your Embassy limit: without an Embassy, or with the limit used up, the game says “There is no available guild help at the moment.” A banned or inactive account cannot send help at all (“This account is inactive and can’t be used right now.”). See If Guild Help does not work.
Can I ask for guild help again on a long task?
Section titled “Can I ask for guild help again on a long task?”No. Each task gets one request, with no daily reset, even if you changed guild since. A task that is still running can keep receiving helps until it reaches the Embassy limit. Troop training has no Help me button. See Guild Help.
Can I get my Guild Leader role back after handing it over?
Section titled “Can I get my Guild Leader role back after handing it over?”Only the new leader can give it back, with Transfer Leadership. After a transfer you are Rank 4, and a Rank 4 officer cannot promote themselves. The game has no other way to undo it, and a ticket does not guarantee that support will change a guild’s leader. See Leave, hand over or disband.
How do I find a guildmate or the guild leader on the map?
Section titled “How do I find a guildmate or the guild leader on the map?”Another player’s profile does not show castle coordinates. Ask the guildmate to open their own profile and use the share-location button with Send to Guild chat. The Leader line on the guild’s page still shows who leads the guild. See What guildmates see about you.
Can guild members see my Telegram account?
Section titled “Can guild members see my Telegram account?”No. The Member List shows your in-game name, avatar, rank, Power, Killed and Last online, not your Telegram ID, email or phone number. A Telegram account starts with its Telegram first and last name as the in-game name, so that name is what guildmates see. See What guildmates see about you.
How do I find a guild or recruit members?
Section titled “How do I find a guild or recruit members?”Open Join a Guild, then search by name or tag. To recruit, the leader sets the Recruitment Method and minimum Might in Manage, and officers accept applications. See Find a guild or recruit members.
Why does a guild have more members than the 100 limit?
Section titled “Why does a guild have more members than the 100 limit?”It should not. The game checks the limit when a player joins or is accepted. If you see a guild above 100, send a ticket with the guild name and the time. See Join a guild.
Who pays upkeep for troops in a guild fortress or at a guildmate’s castle?
Section titled “Who pays upkeep for troops in a guild fortress or at a guildmate’s castle?”You do. Troops you send away stay in your army, so your upkeep does not change while they are stationed, and recalling them does not lower it. Upkeep falls only when troops are dismissed or die. See Which troops cost upkeep.
Why can’t I send reinforcements to the guild fortress or Stronghold?
Section titled “Why can’t I send reinforcements to the guild fortress or Stronghold?”The fortress must be held by your own guild, and the garrison must have room under the holder’s Battle Hall capacity. A Stronghold wall must have HP left and room for the troops, counting armies still marching there. If troops arrive and cannot be admitted, they walk home. See Fortress and Traps or garrison not working.
Why can’t I send supplies to a guildmate in my guild?
Section titled “Why can’t I send supplies to a guildmate in my guild?”Both castles must be in the same guild, the same kingdom and the same Development Zone region. If the message says otherwise, send a ticket with the exact message, the time and a screenshot. See Sending resources to guildmates.
Do reinforcements from a guildmate with much higher Might still work?
Section titled “Do reinforcements from a guildmate with much higher Might still work?”Yes. Might does not limit reinforcements. The target must be in your guild and kingdom, its castle must be level 10 or higher, and the troops must fit its Embassy capacity. Armies cannot cross Development Zone regions, so guildmates in different regions cannot rally or reinforce each other. See Reinforcement and garrison and Development Zones.
Support and gift codes
Section titled “Support and gift codes”Can I contact the developers or an admin directly?
Section titled “Can I contact the developers or an admin directly?”In the game, the way to reach the team is a support ticket: Setting → More → Support. The game gives no direct contact for developers or admins. The website links the official X account @xlords_tech and the Telegram channel t.me/xlords_gamefi for news; they are not support channels, so send account problems as a ticket. See Contact support and Which links and accounts are official?.
Will I be compensated for losses, outages or missing rewards?
Section titled “Will I be compensated for losses, outages or missing rewards?”Support does not promise a reply time, and a ticket does not guarantee a refund, compensation or any other outcome. If a reward is missing, send a ticket with the quest or event name, the time and a screenshot. See Contact support.
Why did items, chests or speed-ups disappear from my Bag?
Section titled “Why did items, chests or speed-ups disappear from my Bag?”Check first whether you opened or used them. An item in your Bag is only a quantity: it has no timer and does not expire, so it goes down only when you use it, open it, or a feature spends it. Resources and Speed Ups from Activity Points chests are items you use yourself.
If something is still missing, send a ticket with your player ID, the item name, the time, and a screenshot of your Bag. A ticket does not guarantee compensation. See Contact support.
How do I use a gift code?
Section titled “How do I use a gift code?”Open the Store: Gift code is the last tab. A new account sees Have a gift code? on the starter pack screen. Codes are made by the XLords team and handed out outside the game. The game has no list of active codes and no way to ask for one.
- It does not check X activity or account verification: it only checks the code and your account.
- Each code gives one Store pack (which one depends on the code) and works once per account.
- A code can also have an end date or a limited number of uses.
If a code you were promised never reached you, ask whoever ran the campaign, or open a ticket. See Where do I enter a gift code?
Why can’t I submit a ticket or attach a screenshot?
Section titled “Why can’t I submit a ticket or attach a screenshot?”Screenshots must be PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, up to 4 images and 10 MB each. You can send 5 new tickets per hour.
If you see “You’ve sent too many support requests. Please try again later.”, wait, or add your message as a reply to your newest ticket. If the window says “Please sign in again to contact support.”, sign in again: you must be signed in to send a ticket. In the game, Support is a ticket form, not a chat. See Contact support.
Can my suggestions or bugs be passed to the developers? When will they be fixed?
Section titled “Can my suggestions or bugs be passed to the developers? When will they be fixed?”Use Report a Bug in Setting → More, or a normal ticket for anything else. Your ticket goes to the XLords team. The game does not tell you whether it was passed on to the developers, and the team does not promise a reply time, a fix or a date. A ticket does not guarantee any outcome. See Contact support.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If an answer here does not match what you see, or something on your account looks wrong, open a ticket from Setting → More → Support and include your player ID, what happened, the time and a screenshot. See Contact support.
