USDT, wallet and shop FAQ

Quick answer: short answers to common questions about USDT, your wallet, AURO and the Store; each links to the full page.

Win battles against castles that have Exposed rewards: the loot lands in your Pending Rewards. You can also open chests (a USDT Chest is a chance at USDT) and invite friends: when a friend reaches Castle 3 and gathers resources, you earn a Friend Chest. Quests and other game activities add rewards to Pending Rewards too, and the list names the source of each one, for example Quest Reward, Typhoon Drop or Bounty Loot.

Earnings wait 96 hours in Pending Rewards before they move to Available. Some rewards pay AURO. AURO withdrawals are closed, so sell AURO for USDT in Wallet → Swap, then withdraw the USDT.

To take USDT out, use Wallet → Withdraw: the first Reward withdrawal needs at least 5 USDT, and the minimum goes up by 5 USDT after each completed one, up to 100 USDT. No amount is guaranteed. See USDT battle loot and Withdrawals.

Why is my battle reward still on “Calculating…” or missing?

Section titled “Why is my battle reward still on “Calculating…” or missing?”

The battle report shows Calculating… while the game settles the loot or stake. Wait a few minutes, then reopen the report and check Pending Rewards, because loot you win waits 96 hours before it unlocks. If it is still missing, open a ticket with the Battle ID (tap Copy battle ID in the report). See USDT battle loot.

Can I get my USDT back after an attack or a bug?

Section titled “Can I get my USDT back after an attack or a bug?”

Loot that another player wins from your Exposed rewards in a normal battle is not returned. A stake you put up is refunded only when you win or no fight happens. If you lose the fight, the stake goes to the defender. Support cannot promise a refund, compensation or a date. If a report amount does not match your wallet, send support the Battle ID, the time and a screenshot, see Contact support. See USDT battle loot.

Another player used several accounts to loot me. Can I get it back?

Section titled “Another player used several accounts to loot me. Can I get it back?”

Support cannot promise to return looted rewards. To report an account, open a ticket with the Battle ID and what you saw. The rules on multiple accounts are in Can I have more than one account?.

My castle won a defense. Why did I get no reward?

Section titled “My castle won a defense. Why did I get no reward?”

The defender does not win loot. A defender gets USD only when the attacker lost after putting up a stake: then you see Battle stake received in the report, and the stake goes to you. If the attacker had no exposed rewards to loot, no stake was required, so there is nothing to receive. See USDT battle loot.

Is there a power or Might limit on looting?

Section titled “Is there a power or Might limit on looting?”

No. Might-ratio protection is switched off in the live game, so a stronger player can loot a weaker one. What limits an attacker is the defender’s Exposed amount and what the attacker’s surviving troops can carry. See USDT battle loot.

Can I attack without putting up the full stake?

Section titled “Can I attack without putting up the full stake?”

No. Attacking a castle with Exposed rewards needs the whole stake, which is 50% of the estimated lootable USD value. If your available balance is lower, the game shows Insufficient balance for stake and the attack does not start. The estimate follows the army you send, so sending fewer troops lowers the stake. You get the stake back if you win or no fight happens. See USDT battle loot.

Where does the stake go if the attacker loses? Can it go elsewhere for cheaters?

Section titled “Where does the stake go if the attacker loses? Can it go elsewhere for cheaters?”

It goes to the defender’s Pending Rewards, and the report shows Battle stake received. The game settles the stake by the battle result only and has no separate rule for players you suspect of cheating. To report a player, open a ticket with the Battle ID, see Contact support. See USDT battle loot.

Why did I lose more USDT than my stake in one attack?

Section titled “Why did I lose more USDT than my stake in one attack?”

The stake and the loot are two separate amounts. If you attacked and lost, you lose the stake and the troops that died, no more USD than the stake. If you were attacked and lost, the attacker takes your Exposed amount up to what their troops can carry, and that has no link to any stake. Open the battle report: USD loot lost is what was taken and Vault saved is what your Vault kept. See USDT battle loot.

The castle I attacked moved or disappeared. Why did I still lose troops and stake?

Section titled “The castle I attacked moved or disappeared. Why did I still lose troops and stake?”

A castle that moved before your army arrived is still attacked, because the march follows the castle and not the old spot on the map. That is a real battle, so a loss costs you troops and the stake, and the stake goes to the defender.

The stake comes back only when no fight happens: the target has a shield, is in your guild, is gone from the map, the game is in maintenance, or you recall the army. See USDT battle loot.

Can I get pending rewards early, or compensation if they unlock late?

Section titled “Can I get pending rewards early, or compensation if they unlock late?”

No. Every reward waits 96 hours from the moment it is granted and then unlocks on its own. There is no way to speed it up. If the countdown ended and nothing moved, open a ticket with a screenshot of Pending Rewards. Support cannot promise compensation or a date. See USDT battle loot.

Can I see the total of my pending unlocks?

Section titled “Can I see the total of my pending unlocks?”

Yes. In Pending Rewards, Total Locked shows the sum, Next Unlock shows Total Unlocking for the next batch, and View unlock schedule opens Reward Unlock Schedule with how much unlocks each day. See USDT battle loot.

Exclusive quests can give you a Reward Chest, which is the chest that pays USDT. Friends you invite earn you a Friend Chest. Now and then the game also sends a USDT Chest to a lucky player when another lord deposits, buys a pack or claims a reward, and announces it in chat. Chests wait in My Bag → Chest. No chest or amount is guaranteed. See Store and packs.

“Bounty attack” is not a name the game uses. The game uses “bounty” in two ways. Bounty Mode turns on by itself when your War Chest reaches T1, and then your castle can be found on the Bounty layer. A public bounty badge also shows on any castle whose Exposed USD is above 0, including funding added in USD Expose.

Attacking such a castle needs a stake, and the defender receives it if the attacker loses. A War Chest at T1 or higher breaks your own active shield. See War Chest and USDT battle loot.

Why do I see Bounty Loot or a deduction for a battle I did not see?

Section titled “Why do I see Bounty Loot or a deduction for a battle I did not see?”

Bounty Loot is the name the wallet gives to loot won in a battle, so each one belongs to a battle with a Battle ID in the report. When you launch an attack on a castle with exposed rewards, your stake leaves your available balance until the fight ends, and it comes back if no fight happens. If a loot or stake line has no matching battle report, open a ticket with the date, the amount and a screenshot. Support cannot promise a return. See USDT battle loot.

How can I protect more of my rewards from looting?

Section titled “How can I protect more of my rewards from looting?”

Upgrade your Vault. It covers a share of your pending rewards that grows with its level: 5% at level 1 and 30% at level 30. Only Exposed amounts can be looted. The game does not say whether Vault protection will change. See USDT battle loot.

How do I get a Robinhood Chain wallet address?

Section titled “How do I get a Robinhood Chain wallet address?”

You do not need one from the game to deposit: your in-game deposit address from Wallet → Deposit is the address you send to. Robinhood Chain is one of the listed networks, and ETH is the token you can send on it.

To send from your own wallet you need a wallet app or exchange that supports Robinhood Chain, and a little ETH there for network fees. The game does not set up your own wallet for you. For where you can withdraw to, see Withdrawals.

AURO is no longer accepted as a deposit. AURO that was bought after 25 September 2026, 18:00 UTC cannot be credited, so it is sent back. In Wallet history the deposit shows Returning or Returned, and View return opens the return transaction. Support cannot give a date for a return that is still in progress. See Deposits.

Is BNB supported, and is it mainnet or testnet?

Section titled “Is BNB supported, and is it mainnet or testnet?”

The game lists BNB Smart Chain as mainnet. You can deposit and withdraw USDT on it. USDC is not accepted, and the game lists no BNB testnet. A deposit sent on the wrong network or in the wrong token cannot be credited. See Deposits and Withdrawals.

Yes. A withdrawal that reaches Completed has been sent to your address, and its row in your wallet history shows a transaction link you can check on the block explorer. Not every request is sent at once: Reward withdrawals go through an automatic safety check, and some wait for a manual review that has no fixed time. Pending or Processing means it is not paid yet. See Withdrawals.

Will I get compensation for a delayed withdrawal?

Section titled “Will I get compensation for a delayed withdrawal?”

Support cannot promise compensation, a date or a result. A review has no fixed time. If a request stays Pending, or shows Failed or Refunded and your balance looks wrong, open a ticket with the amount, the address, the status and a screenshot of the row. See Withdrawals.

XLords adds no fee to USDT or ETH withdrawals: the amount you enter is the amount sent. Selling AURO in Swap has no XLords fee and no spread either. The rate is fixed at 1 AURO = 0.00032 USDT, and the window shows You receive before you confirm.

Fees you pay when you send a deposit from your own wallet are network fees charged by the blockchain. If an amount in the window looks wrong, send support a screenshot. See Withdrawals and AURO, USDT swap and gas fees.

A swap can only use AURO that is already unlocked in the wallet you pick. Rewards in Pending Rewards show as Waiting to unlock until their 96-hour countdown ends, and an amount in a withdrawal request shows as Transfer in progress until the request finishes. Neither one is a stuck swap. See AURO, USDT swap and gas fees and USDT battle loot.

You cannot buy AURO in the game: AURO deposits are closed and the in-game swap only sells AURO for USDT. Which exchanges trade AURO is not something the game shows. See AURO, USDT swap and gas fees.

Yes, but only that direction. Open Wallet → Swap and sell AURO for USDT at a fixed rate: 1 AURO = 0.00032 USDT, so 3,125 AURO = 1 USDT. USDT to AURO is not offered. The window shows You receive before you confirm. See AURO, USDT swap and gas fees.

Can the minimum or maximum swap amount be changed?

Section titled “Can the minimum or maximum swap amount be changed?”

The limits are set by the game and support cannot promise a change. Each swap must be worth at least 1 USDT (3,125 AURO) and at most 5,000 USDT. No daily limit is set. The same limits apply to Funding and Rewards. See AURO, USDT swap and gas fees.

The game says “AURO withdrawals are closed. Sell your AURO for USDT, then withdraw USDT.” To turn any AURO you still have into USDT, sell it in Swap, then withdraw USDT. You can also spend available AURO on Store items priced in AURO. If the game shows “AURO payments have ended. Your AURO was converted to USDT in your wallet.”, AURO no longer pays at checkout. See AURO, USDT swap and gas fees and Withdrawals.

Single items in the Store can list a Gem price and an AURO price, and the two numbers are the same. AURO you spend comes from your deposited AURO and your unlocked reward AURO, so AURO still in Pending Rewards cannot pay. If you see “AURO payments have ended. Your AURO was converted to USDT in your wallet.”, AURO can no longer pay at checkout: pay with Gems instead. See Store and packs.

Ethereon comes from the Ethereon Tower: Transform Ethereon Crystal turns Food, Stone, Ore, Wood and Gold into Ethereon, and each tower level has a daily limit that resets every day. Claimed Ethereon does not expire. You use it as fuel for Stars, the War Chest, Sprint boosts and battle buffs. It cannot be exchanged directly for USDT. See War Chest.

What is the AURO contract address, and how do I add it?

Section titled “What is the AURO contract address, and how do I add it?”

AURO is a token on Robinhood Chain. Its contract address is in AURO, USDT swap and gas fees. In your wallet app, switch to Robinhood Chain and add a custom token with that address. Do not use an address from a private message.

You can sell AURO for USDT in Swap, and you can pay for items priced in AURO in the AURO Mall tab of My Bag. AURO does not pay for everything and it cannot be withdrawn. See What can I still use AURO for?

No. The Borrow window shows “Coming Soon”. See AURO, USDT swap and gas fees.

Why can’t I buy Gems? Will the Gems pack come back?

Section titled “Why can’t I buy Gems? Will the Gems pack come back?”

The Gems tab has seven Gem packs, from 0.99 to 99.99 USDT, paid with balance, crypto or Telegram Stars. You cannot buy Gems with AURO or Guild Coin. Gem Pack 10 is limited to 2 purchases a day and is part of a rotating sale group, so it can be missing at times. If a payment fails, see I bought a pack and did not receive it.

The Store shows only what is on sale now, and the game does not say whether a pack returns. A one-time pack, New Lord Pack I (1.99 USDT, 400 Gems), is on sale now: once per account. See Gem packs.

What is in a pack, and can I buy it more than once?

Section titled “What is in a pack, and can I buy it more than once?”

Open the pack in the Store: it shows what is inside, its price and its limits (Remaining, Only N left!, Sold out). Some packs are once per account, others a set number per day, and the day resets at 00:00 UTC. A hero pack gives Hero Medals, Starter Hero chests and hero EXP items, not a hero. See Store and packs.

Why are some packs missing from the Store?

Section titled “Why are some packs missing from the Store?”

A pack disappears when you used up its purchase limit, when it is locked until a higher Castle level, or when it is part of a rotating or timed sale that is not showing now. Packs made for a gift code or a campaign can also be hidden from the list. See Store and packs.

I opened a chest and got nothing. Where is it?

Section titled “I opened a chest and got nothing. Where is it?”

A Friend Chest makes 4 draws. Each draw gives Food, Wood, Ore, Stone, Gold or 100 Ethereon straight to your stock, so no new item appears in My Bag: check your resource and Ethereon totals. A Friend Chest never gives Gems.

Chests that pay USDT or AURO (Reward Chest, USDT Chest) send the amount to Pending Rewards, and a Reward Chest can pay 0. If a chest will not open or a result never arrives, send support the time and how many you opened. See Friend Chests.

No refund is guaranteed. A payment that does not match its order is added to your balance as described in I bought a pack and did not receive it. Support cannot promise a refund or compensation: open a ticket from Setting → More → Support.

What Hero Packs are there, and which have hero chests?

Section titled “What Hero Packs are there, and which have hero chests?”

Hero Pack I to V are a daily ladder at 0.99, 4.99, 9.99, 19.99 and 49.99 USDT, and it resets at 00:00 UTC. You unlock a step by buying the one before it. Hero Pack I has no Starter Hero chest. Packs II, III, IV and V have 2, 3, 5 and 12. A Starter Hero chest holds Hero Medals, speed-ups and Stars, not a hero. See Hero packs and Hero Medals.

In Store packs. Hero Rise Pack (15 medals), Hero I (10), Hero II (20), Mystic Pack (12), Archmage Pack (20) and Warlord Pack (20) give them directly, and each Starter Hero chest from the Hero Pack ladder holds 5 medals of each kind. You need 10 medals of a hero to summon it. The Store shows only what is on sale now, so check the list. See Hero packs and Hero Medals.

Can hero-less packs be removed from the Hero tab?

Section titled “Can hero-less packs be removed from the Hero tab?”

No. The Store sorts packs into tabs by itself, from each pack’s name and contents, and the game has no setting to hide one. A pack such as the Sovereign Pack can sit in the Hero tab without a hero reward, and Hero Pack I gives hero EXP items but no medals.

Open a pack to see what is inside. To suggest a change, open a ticket from Setting → More → Support: it does not promise one. See Hero packs and Hero Medals.

Has the Hero Chest been removed from the Gem Shop?

Section titled “Has the Hero Chest been removed from the Gem Shop?”

Yes, as a separate item. The Starter Hero chest was sold for 300 Gems until 5 August 2026 (04:46 UTC). It is no longer sold alone: it comes inside packs such as Hero Pack II and higher. The game does not say why it was removed. See Hero Chest and other pack changes.

Why were shields removed from Mall chests?

Section titled “Why were shields removed from Mall chests?”

The chests still hold shields: Honor Chest has 2 Shield (8 hours) and 1 Shield (4 hours), Gallantry Chest has 3 Shield (8 hours) and Valor Chest has 2 Shield (4 hours). The game has only 4-hour and 8-hour shields. These three chests were last changed on 15 September 2026. What they held before, and why, is not recorded, and support cannot promise compensation. See Hero Chest and other pack changes.

Why can’t I buy chests with Rubies, and can Rubies be exchanged for AURO?

Section titled “Why can’t I buy chests with Rubies, and can Rubies be exchanged for AURO?”

The game has no currency called Ruby, so Rubies cannot pay for chests and cannot be exchanged. Chests in the Store are priced in Gems, and also in AURO where the chest shows an AURO price. The only AURO exchange in the game is selling AURO for USDT in Swap. See Store and packs and AURO, USDT swap and gas fees.

I missed the Genesis hero mint. Can I still get a hero?

Section titled “I missed the Genesis hero mint. Can I still get a hero?”

Mint details are not in the game. The Buy on OpenSea button leads to the official Genesis collection, and heroes you buy there go into the game through Wallet → Receive Hero. To take one out, use Send Hero. See Genesis hero NFTs.

There is no player marketplace in the game today: the NFT marketplace is switched off. Support cannot give a date or a plan. See Genesis hero NFTs.

Why didn’t my Hero NFT arrive, or why is it stuck?

Section titled “Why didn’t my Hero NFT arrive, or why is it stuck?”

A hero you send out shows in Wallet → open wallet history → Heroes, and sending can take a few minutes. Do not start a second withdrawal for the same hero. Only a Genesis hero on Robinhood Chain that is not busy can be sent, and Send Hero needs your own valid wallet address.

If the row stays on Sending or Processing, or fails, contact support with the hero number, your wallet address, the time and a screenshot of the row. Support cannot promise a date. See Genesis hero NFTs.

Can airdrop points be exchanged for a token?

Section titled “Can airdrop points be exchanged for a token?”

You cannot spend airdrop points in the game, and the game does not state what they will be worth. See Airdrop points.

Will XLords release a token? Is XLords on Robinhood Chain?

Section titled “Will XLords release a token? Is XLords on Robinhood Chain?”

The game does not announce a token. The game does use Robinhood Chain: your Genesis heroes live there, and you can deposit ETH on it. See Genesis hero NFTs and Deposits.

If your wallet, a swap, a Store payment or a battle reward does not look right, open a ticket from Setting → More → Support with the time, the amounts and a screenshot. See Contact support. Never send your seed phrase, private key or password.
