Settings, language, notifications and your player ID

Tap the Setting button in the game menu. A panel called More opens with your settings. This page covers the ones players ask about most.

The More panel has these tiles: Language, Account, Notification, Sound, Graphics Quality, Theme, Report a Bug and Support, plus shortcuts to Airdrop, Ranking and the tutorial guide.

  1. Open Setting → More → Language.
  2. Tap a language in the list.

The game switches to it right away and saves it to your account. The list has 11 languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Portuguese and Turkish.

Your language is missing, or a translation reads wrong? In the same panel, tap Request Language and pick the language you want, or use the grammar-edit button to suggest a fix.

Open Setting → More → Notification. The top switch turns alerts on for this device. It is called Browser alerts in a browser and Telegram alerts inside Telegram.

  • Browser: your browser must allow notifications for the game. If the switch says “This browser has not allowed alerts yet”, turn it on and accept the browser’s permission question. If it says “This browser blocked alerts”, allow notifications in the browser’s site settings, then turn the switch on again.
  • Telegram: alerts arrive in your Telegram chat with the game.
  • Alerts are per device. Turn the switch on on every phone or browser where you want them.

Below the top switch you choose what you get. These stay greyed out while alerts are off for this device.

Switch What it sends
App notifications Main account, rewards and direct game alerts.
Guild help Requests from guild members who need help speeding up tasks.
Guild chat digest Unread guild chat reminders while you are away.
Guild notifications Guild applications, membership and shared guild activity.
Kingdom announcements Chain-wide events and announcements in your language.

When you enter the game, a prompt “Turn on battle alerts” can also offer Enable alerts, so you hear about attacks, rallies and returning troops even when the game is closed. Tap Later to skip it.

Open Setting → More → Account. The screen is titled Profile.

  • Google Account: shows the Google account you linked. If none is linked, tap Link your Google account. This row is not shown if you play inside Telegram or signed in with a wallet.
  • Sign Out: signs you out on this device. It does not delete your account. To delete it, see Delete your account.

You cannot link a phone number, an X (Twitter) account or a wallet from this screen. Sign-in options are described in Login and accounts.

Open your own profile. Your ID is shown as # and a number. Tap it to copy it. Tap the ? next to it (“Why is my ID private?”) to read what it is for.

Only you can see this ID. Send it to support when you ask for help with your account, and do not post it in public chat.

You need a Nickname (User) Changer item (“Allows you to change your Nickname”).

  1. Open your Bag and find the Nickname (User) Changer.
  2. Tap its use button.
  3. Type the new name and confirm. You see “Username updated successfully.”

Rules:

  • A name has at most 20 characters.
  • The name must not match your current name: “Name is the same as the old name.”
  • Names are unique, and capital letters do not make a name different. If another player already has the name, it is rejected.
  • Where to get one: the Store sells the Nickname (User) Changer for 500 Gems or 500 AURO, and the guild shop sells it for 15,000 Guild Coins.
  • No notifications arrive. Check the top switch on the Notification screen for this device, then the browser’s site settings. Check that the category you want is on.
  • The language did not change. Pick it again in Language. If it still shows the old language after a reload, open a ticket with a screenshot.
  • Name change fails. Try another name. If you have the item and the name is free but it still fails, open a ticket with the name you tried.
  • You cannot find your player ID. Open your own profile, not another player’s.
  • Anything else. Open Setting → More → Support, or follow Contact support.
