Bank (deposits, daily bonus and buff ranks)

Quick answer: the Bank is open to every player. You deposit USDT or GEM, earn interest, claim a Daily bonus gift once a day and unlock buff ranks that boost your army and economy. Borrowing is closed for now.

Open the Bank

Tap the Bank building in your city. You do not build it and you do not need a certain Castle level. If you cannot see it, close and reopen the game.

The Bank has three tabs: Lend, Borrow and Daily bonus.

Lend: deposit to earn interest

You deposit from your wallet balance. Interest is paid in the same asset you deposit.

• USDT: at least 1 USDT and at most 10,000 USDT in one deposit.
• GEM: at least 100 GEM and at most 2,500,000 GEM in one deposit. GEM deposits must be whole numbers.
• You can hold up to 5 deposits at once. The game shows “deposits used” on the Lend tab. Withdraw a deposit to free a slot.

If the amount is wrong you see “Enter an amount from … to ….” or “Enter at least ….” If your wallet is short you see “Your wallet doesn’t have enough funds.”

Terms and rates

Pick a Term. A flexible deposit pays a live rate that changes with the market (“Floating APR”). A fixed term pays its own rate until it ends. The game always shows the exact rate before you confirm.

These are the rates today. The game team can change them, so check the numbers in the game before you deposit.

Withdraw and maturity

• Flexible: withdraw any time. You get your principal and the interest earned.
• Fixed terms: the game says “This plan can’t be closed before maturity.” You wait for the term to end.
• When a fixed term ends: principal plus interest go to your wallet and you get a mail, within five minutes of maturity at the latest.
• Term chest: USDT terms of 30 days or more also give a chest in your Bag when the term ends.

Borrow: closed

The Borrow tab says “Borrowing is closed” and “No collateral pairs are available yet. Check back soon.” You cannot take a loan today.

Daily bonus

Open the Daily bonus tab and tap Claim gift once a day. After you claim, it shows “Claimed today” and a countdown to the next one.

• The gift is picked at random from the list in Possible check-in rewards. The list has resources, speed-ups, gear shards and more.
• A bigger deposit, a longer term and a longer check-in streak give a bigger gift. Missing a day resets your streak.
• A day ends at 00:00 UTC. A deposit opened after that counts from the next day.

Buff ranks

Your deposits earn deposit points: the value of the deposit in USD times the term multiplier from the tables above. Reach a rank and its buffs apply at once. The buffs stay while the points stay above the rank.

If something goes wrong

What you see	What to try
“The bank is closed” on the Lend tab	No asset is open for deposits right now. Check again later.
“We couldn’t reach the bank. We’ll keep trying in the background.”	Wait a moment, or close and reopen the game.
“Couldn’t refresh the latest numbers.”	The numbers on screen may be old. Reopen the Bank to refresh them.
“Bonus is paused”	The game can’t price your deposits right now, so it can’t calculate today’s gift. Try again later.
You do not see the Bank	Close and reopen the game. If it is still missing, open a ticket from Setting → More → Support.
