Marches, recall, rallies and reinforcements

이 콘텐츠는 아직 번역되지 않았습니다.

An army leaves your castle when you gather, attack, scout, join a rally or send help to a guildmate. This page explains how many armies you can send, how many troops fit in each, and how to bring them home.

  1. Tap the target on the map and choose the action (for example Attack or gather).
  2. On the Deploy Army screen pick troops. Auto Assemble fills the army for you: highest tier first, then Infantry, Ranged, Cavalry, Siege.
  3. Optionally pick heroes, check Time, then tap Deploy.

You send the smallest of these limits:

Limit What it means
Max Army Size The most troops one march can carry. It comes from your Castle level, plus Manor and War Chest bonuses. Research does not raise it. Full rule: How many troops can I send?
Available troops Only troops at home count. Wounded troops, troops being healed, and troops already on a march, stationed somewhere, or reinforcing are not available.
Room at the target Some targets cap what they take: a gather limit, the room left in a fortress garrison, a rally’s capacity, or an ally’s Embassy capacity.

The screen tells you the gap: “Available X of Y total. Missing troops are being healed in the infirmary or are away on a march.”

Example. A level 20 Castle allows 76,000 troops in one march. If you own 90,000 troops but 40,000 are wounded, healing or out on other marches, you can send at most 50,000. To send more, heal troops, bring armies home, or train more.

Max Army Size by Castle level (Castle only, before Manor, War Chest and hero bonuses):

Castle level 1 5 10 15 20 25 30
Troops per march 1,600 16,000 36,000 56,000 76,000 96,000 116,000

Heroes raise Max Army Size when you attack, attack a fortress, join a rally or send a garrison. Each hero adds a bonus by grade (2%, 4%, 7% or 10% from lowest to highest grade) multiplied by (1 + 5% for each hero level above 1). Up to 5 heroes count. “Deploy Heroes to increase Max Army Size” in the game points at this. Gathering and reinforcing get no hero bonus. The number of heroes you can send grows with Castle level: 1 hero at levels 1-4, 2 at 5-8, 3 at 9-12, 4 at 13-16, 5 from level 17.

You have a limited number of march slots, based on your Castle level: 1 slot at level 1, then one more at Castle levels 8, 15, 22 and 29 (5 slots at level 29). War Chest adds 1 slot at T2 and T3 and 2 slots at T4 and T5 (see War Chest).

  • Gathering, attacking, rallying, supporting, reinforcing and garrison armies all use a slot. Scouts have their own separate slots.
  • A slot stays used until the army is home again, including while it is returning.
  • When all slots are used you see “Army deployment limit reached. Recall an existing army before deploying another.”
You want to… Use Works when
Turn a marching army around Recall (uses one Re-call item: “Re-call your deployed troops to Castle”) The army is still marching to its target.
Send home an army that is stationed somewhere (gathering, reinforcing, garrison) Return (free) The army has arrived and is staying at the target.
Send home an ally’s army that stays at your castle Return / Send home from your reinforcement list You are the receiver.
  • Recall and return do not teleport. The army walks home, takes travel time, and keeps its march slot until it arrives.
  • If you see “Your army can’t be recalled right now.”, the army is not marching: it is already returning, or already stationed. Use Return instead, or wait.
  • The Re-call item is not sold for gems. The item catalog lists it at 6,000 Guild Coin.
  • Speed up a march with Reduce travel time 25%, 50% or 75% items from the bag. They cut the time left on the march. Ordinary time speed-ups (construction, research, training) do not work on armies; you see “Use the correct type of speed-up for army movement.”
  • A rally captain’s combined army cannot be sped up with travel items.

A rally lets a guild hit one target together. The captain starts it, guildmates send troops during the countdown, then the combined army marches as one.

You need: a built Battle Hall, a guild, a free march slot, and a target in your own kingdom that is not in your guild and not under a shield.

  1. Tap the target, choose rally, and pick a Rally time: 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or 8 hours (5 minutes is preselected). Guildmates must deploy their armies within this time.
  2. Choose your troops and tap Deploy. Your troops must fit the Max Coalition Army Size, which comes from your Battle Hall.
  3. Optional: set a Troop request note and tap Call guild so guildmates are alerted.

Max Coalition Army Size by Battle Hall level:

Battle Hall level 1 2 3 5 10 15 20 25 30
Troops in the rally 20,000 40,000 80,000 160,000 260,000 450,000 800,000 2,000,000 2,500,000

The captain can Cancel Rally, or Dismiss Troops of one member, only while the rally is still Assembling Troops. After the countdown the rally waits for every troop to arrive, then marches.

Open the Battle Hall rally list and tap Join (rallies marked Needs troops or Open). You need a free march slot, you must be in the same guild as the captain, the target must be in your kingdom, and your troops must fit your own Max Army Size and the rally’s remaining room. You can join a rally only once.

  • You can leave only while your troops are still walking to the captain. Once they have arrived, only the captain can send them home.
  • If the rally is Full, Closed or Expired, you can no longer join.
  • A rally is cancelled and your troops return if the captain cancels it or the target relocates.
  • Reinforce a guildmate: troops stay at their castle and help defend it. The ally’s castle must be level 10 or higher, the ally must be in your guild, and the total must fit their Embassy capacity. You can send one reinforcement army to each ally.
  • When the castle is attacked, reinforcing troops fight with the castle owner’s bonuses (VIP, War Chest, research, titles…), not the sender’s. Their losses still count for the player who sent them. The castle owner’s heroes boost every troop in the defense (see Heroes in battle).
  • Garrison: send an army to a guildmate’s castle as a single standing garrison. It needs no Embassy, but each castle takes one garrison at a time.
  • To bring your troops back, open the army and tap Return. The receiver can send them home with Send home.

Embassy capacity by level:

Embassy level 1 2 3 4 5 10 15 20 25 30
Allied troops 5,000 12,500 25,000 37,500 50,000 112,500 200,000 350,000 1,000,000 1,500,000
  • Deploy button missing or troops grey - check slots and available troops above. Heal wounded troops and wait for armies to come home.
  • Can’t send to an ally - the ally already has a garrison or a reinforcement from you, they are not in your guild, their castle is below level 10 (reinforce only), or the army would exceed their capacity.
  • Army seems stuck - the army is walking. Check its remaining time in the army list. If it is stationed and you want it back, tap Return.
  • Recall item used but army still out - the army is walking home and still uses a slot until it arrives.
  • If an army, item or troops are missing after a march finished, note the target coordinates and the time, then open a ticket from Setting → More → Support (Contact support).
