Chat and mail

このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。

Quick answer: chat is for talking to other players right now (Guild Chat, Global Chat and the read-only World News). Mail is for messages and reports that wait for you (Reports, P2P Mail, System Mail and Boxes). Both have a translate option, and both are filtered for offensive words.

Open the chat panel. It has three channels:

  • Guild Chat: your guild’s private room. You can write in it once you are in a guild.
  • Global Chat: one room shared by all players. You can write in it.
  • World News: a feed of notable events in the world, such as attacks. You can only read it and tap Like or Dislike on an item.

If you have not joined a guild, Guild Chat shows “You Haven’t Joined Any Guild” with a Join Guild button. Read Guild basics to join one.

  • Type in the box that says “Text to be chatting…” and press Send.
  • Tap a player’s message (right-click on desktop) and choose Reply. A bar shows “Replying to …” and you can cancel it with Cancel reply.
  • Type @ and pick a name from the suggestions to mention a player. A Jump to mention button appears when you have been mentioned.
  • A message can be at most 512 characters.
  • If a message does not go through, it shows “Message failed to send. Tap to retry”. Tap it to try again.

Tap the sticker button next to the text box.

  • Free packs: Lord Reactions and Realm Taunts, 12 stickers each.
  • Paid packs: Royal Guard (15 USDT), War Council (10 USDT), Treasure Hall (5 USDT), Castle Life (10 USDT) and Friends Forever (20 USDT). Each pack is bought once and then works in every chat. The picker shows a Buy button with the price on a locked pack.

You can only send a sticker from a pack you own.

  • Next to another player’s message, a translate icon appears when the message is not in your language. Tap it to see the translation.
  • Turn on Auto-translate at the top of the chat panel to translate messages for you. The icon then switches between Show translation and Show original. The same switch also controls mail, so one setting covers both. It shows On or Off next to its label.
  • Translation is best effort. If it cannot be done right now, you see the original text.
  • Global Chat limits how fast you can send. If you send too fast, you see “You’re sending messages too fast. Wait a moment and try again.”
  • Messages that look like spam are not sent: “This message looks like spam and wasn’t sent. Try writing something different.”
  • Repeated spam can lead to a temporary mute: “You’re muted in chat for now and can’t send messages.”
  • Offensive words are masked automatically.

The game blocks many advert and spam messages, but not all of them. Chat has no block or report button, so ignore the message and do not open links in it. Never give your password, private key or wallet recovery phrase to anyone.

To report a sender, open a ticket with their name, the channel (Guild Chat or Global Chat), the time and a screenshot: Contact support. You are not told what was done about another player’s account. A Telegram group is outside the game, so the game’s chat filter does not apply there.

Open the mail panel. It has four tabs, in this order:

  • Reports: scout, battle, gathering, supply, rally, fortress and monster-battle reports, plus event rank rewards. See Battle reports.
  • P2P Mail: mail from other players, and guild mail from your guild leaders. Guild mail shows a Guild label.
  • System Mail: announcements from the “Kingdom Herald”, and system notices: guild applications, approvals, removals and disbanding, relocation and hidden or restored castle notices, welcome mail, and fortress reward notices.
  • Boxes: mail you starred as a favorite.

Each tab shows a badge with the number of unread mails.

  1. In any tab except System Mail, tap the Mail button.
  2. Fill in the recipient’s player name, a Title (up to 32 characters) and the Content (up to 8,000 characters). The content box supports bold, italic, colors and emoji.
  3. Tap Send. You see “Send mail success”.

Rules:

  • You cannot send mail to yourself: “The recipient cannot be the same as the sender.”
  • The recipient is found by player name. If more than one player has that name, the mail is not sent.
  • You cannot send mail from the System Mail tab.
  • To answer a mail, open it and tap Reply. Replies are grouped into a thread, and the list shows “N replies”.
  • You cannot reply to guild mail.
  • A reply keeps the title of the mail you answer, and you cannot change it. If that title is longer than 32 characters, you see “Title must be less than 32 characters” and the reply does not send. Send a new mail instead: tap Mail, type the player’s name and write a shorter Title.
  • Tap the double-check button at the top left to start selecting. Choose All, Read or Unread, then tap the read button to mark them read, or the trash button to delete them.
  • On Reports and System Mail, a bulk action covers every matching mail in the tab, including the ones you have not scrolled to yet.
  • Deleting asks “Are you sure you want to delete this mail?” There is no undelete button.
  • A star is a label, not a move. A starred mail stays in its own tab and also shows in Boxes. Only deleting it removes it from both. When you select all on Reports or System Mail, starred mails are skipped. When you select all in Boxes, the starred mails are deleted.
  • Open a mail and tap Translate to read a translation.

Guild leaders at Rank 4 and Rank 5 see a Message All button on the guild information screen. It sends one mail, with a Subject (up to 150 characters) and Content (up to 1,000 characters), to every member of the guild. Members receive it in P2P Mail.

  • You cannot send in chat. Wait a moment and try again. If you see the muted message, you cannot send for now. If you think it is a mistake, open a ticket with the time and what you sent.
  • A sticker will not send. “You don’t own this sticker pack yet. Buy it to send this sticker.” Buy the pack, or pick a free one. If you see “Stickers are updating. Please try again in a moment.”, wait and open the picker again.
  • The translate icon is missing. It only shows on messages that are not in your language and are not yours. Check your language in Settings.
  • A mail is missing. Check all four tabs. Scout and battle reports are in Reports, guild notices are in System Mail. Mails are not removed by a timer. A mail is gone only if you deleted it. A deleted mail cannot come back.
  • “This mail is no longer available.” The mail was deleted. Refresh the list.
  • The game freezes or closes when you open mail. Close the game fully and open it again. If it repeats, tap Clear cache & reload (see App and account FAQ) and send a ticket with the time and the tab you opened.
  • The chat list looks black or empty on a phone. In the Dark theme, an older version showed the phone chat panel as black. The current version fixes it, so reload the game. You can also pick Light in Setting → More → Theme. Your messages and progress are not affected.
  • Still stuck? Open a ticket from Setting → More → Support, or follow Contact support. Include the channel or tab, the time, and a screenshot.
