VIP levels, VIP Points and VIP chests

Quick answer: VIP is a permanent account level from VIP 0 to VIP 15. You raise it by collecting VIP Points: claim Daily VIP Points when you log in, or buy a VIP Points pack. VIP never expires and points are never spent. Each level adds permanent bonuses and unlocks free daily VIP chests.
Tap the VIP tag next to your avatar to open the VIP window. It shows your level, your Daily VIP Points, your perks, and Get VIP Points.
Earning VIP Points

Section titled “Daily VIP Points”Log in on consecutive days and claim the points. The amount grows with your login streak:

How it works:
- After your daily login reward, the Daily VIP Points window can open by itself. Tap Claim +N. You can also open it from the VIP window.
- The window shows “Login streak: Day N - Next day +M”.
- If you skip a day, the streak goes back to day 1. The streak does not reset at day 30. It stays at 600 a day.
- If you logged in on several days but did not claim, one claim collects all of those days.
- The VIP streak is separate from the 30-day daily login calendar. Forgetting to claim the resource reward does not break your VIP streak.
- At VIP 15 the game shows “Max VIP reached. Daily free VIP Points are paused.”
If you log in every day without a miss, daily points alone reach VIP 6 on day 23 and VIP 7 on day 31.
VIP Points packs
Section titled “VIP Points packs”In the VIP window tap Get VIP Points, then Buy & Use. The store sells four packs, paid in Gems:

You can also hold the packs in your Bag and use them later. If no pack is on sale you see “VIP point packs are not available in the store right now.” For purchase problems, see Store and packs and Pack not received.
What does each VIP level give?
Section titled “What does each VIP level give?”Your level comes from your total VIP Points. Points only go up, so you never lose a level. All bonuses are permanent and stack with other bonuses.

VIP discount in the Store
Section titled “VIP discount in the Store”Some Store packs carry a VIP deal or VIP -N% tag. On those packs you pay 0.5% less for each VIP level: VIP 1 is 0.5% off, VIP 5 is 2.5%, VIP 10 is 5% and VIP 15 is 7.5%. VIP 0 gets no discount.
The discount is taken off after the pack’s other discounts, such as a first-purchase discount. Packs without the tag, such as Gem Pack 100 and the monthly cards, have no VIP discount. See Store and packs.
How do the VIP chests work?
Section titled “How do the VIP chests work?”Open Quest → VIP Quests. There are six VIP chests. A chest unlocks at a VIP level:

- Each chest can be opened once per day.
- After you open a chest there is a 1 hour wait before you can open the next one. The tab shows “Next chest in …”.
- When you reach a new VIP level that unlocks a chest, that new chest can also start with a 1 hour wait.
- Tap Speed Up to shorten the wait with a speed-up item.
- The chests reset every day. The tab shows “Daily reset in …” and the reset time.
- Each opening gives 5 random rewards. Higher chests have a bigger reward pool. Rewards include resources, speed-ups, Stars and other items. Tap a chest, then Open.
The VIP chests and the VIP streak change day at 00:00 UTC. The tab shows a live countdown, so use that.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Claim failed or “Already Claimed”. You can claim once per streak day. If the window says “Claimed today”, you are done until tomorrow.
- My streak went back to day 1. You missed a login day. The streak cannot be restored from the game.
- VIP level did not change after a pack. Open the Bag and check that the pack was used. Then reopen the VIP window.
- A VIP chest will not open. Check that it is unlocked at your level, that you have not opened it today, and that the 1 hour wait is over.
- Daily VIP Points show nothing at VIP 15. Daily free points are paused at the top level.
- Still wrong? Open a ticket from Setting → More → Support (see Contact support). Include your current VIP level and VIP Points, the time of the problem, and a screenshot of the VIP window.
