How many troops can I send? March size, march slots and rally size
Это содержимое пока не доступно на вашем языке.
Quick answer: one march carries up to your Max Army Size. It starts from your Castle level (76,000 troops at Castle 20), each Manor adds up to +20%, the War Chest adds +8% to +50%, and on attacks heroes add another 2% to 10% each. Research, VIP and bag items do not raise it.
The three numbers that limit a march
Section titled “The three numbers that limit a march”You can send the smallest of these:
- Max Army Size of the march (this page).
- Troops at home. Wounded troops, troops being healed and troops already out on another march do not count. The Deploy screen says so: “Available X of Y total. Missing troops are being healed in the infirmary or are away on a march.”
- Room at the target, for example the room left in a rally, an ally’s Embassy, or a fortress garrison.
Max Army Size, step by step
Section titled “Max Army Size, step by step”Step 1: Castle base
Section titled “Step 1: Castle base”Your Castle sets the base number.
| Castle level | Troops per march |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1,600 |
| 2 | 4,000 |
| 5 | 16,000 |
| 10 | 36,000 |
| 15 | 56,000 |
| 20 | 76,000 |
| 25 | 96,000 |
| 30 | 116,000 |
From level 2 on, each Castle level is worth 4,000 troops (level × 4,000 − 4,000).
Step 2: percentage bonuses
Section titled “Step 2: percentage bonuses”These add up first, then multiply the Castle base once:
| Source | Bonus to Max Army Size |
|---|---|
| Each Manor | Level × 20% ÷ 30: +0.67% at level 1, +6.67% at level 10, +10% at level 15, +20% at level 30. Up to 5 Manors, and their bonuses add up. See Manor. |
| War Chest tier | T1 +8%, T2 +18%, T3 +30%, T4 +40%, T5 +50%. See War Chest. |
Max Army Size = Castle base × (1 + all Manor bonuses + War Chest bonus). The game drops any fraction of a troop.
Step 3: heroes (only some marches)
Section titled “Step 3: heroes (only some marches)”When you attack a player, attack a fortress, join a rally or send a garrison, every hero you deploy adds a bonus on top of step 2:
| Hero grade | Bonus per hero at level 1 |
|---|---|
| Common or Uncommon | 2% |
| Rare | 4% |
| Epic | 7% |
| Legendary, Mythic or Tempered | 10% |
Each hero level above 1 makes that hero’s bonus 5% bigger (bonus × (1 + 0.05 × (level − 1))). Up to 5 heroes count. The bonuses add up and multiply the step 2 number once, rounded down.
Heroes give no bonus to gathering, to reinforcing an ally or a fortress, or to the troops a rally captain sends when starting a rally.
Worked example
Section titled “Worked example”You have Castle 20, two level 10 Manors and War Chest T2. You attack a player with an Epic hero at level 10 and a Legendary hero at level 1.
- Castle base: 76,000.
- Percentages: 6.67% + 6.67% (Manors) + 18% (War Chest) = 31.34%. 76,000 × 1.3134 = 99,818 troops. This is your march size for gathering and reinforcing.
- Heroes: Epic level 10 = 7% × 1.45 = 10.15%. Legendary level 1 = 10%. Total 20.15%. 99,818 × 1.2015 = 119,931 troops on this attack.
Without Manors, War Chest or heroes, the same player sends at most 76,000.
Why your Max Army Size went down
Section titled “Why your Max Army Size went down”- War Chest power decays. Each charge keeps full power for 24 hours, then loses power every day. When power falls under a tier’s threshold, the tier drops and so does its army size bonus (and its march slots). When a War Chest turn-off finishes, the tier goes back to T0 and the bonus is gone. Charge again to get it back.
- A Manor was demolished. Its bonus goes with it.
- You opened a different kind of march. Gathering and reinforcing never get the hero bonus, so the Deploy screen shows a smaller number than for an attack.
- Fewer troops at home. If the number you can send is smaller than Max Army Size, troops are wounded, healing or away. Heal them or bring armies home.
What does not raise Max Army Size
Section titled “What does not raise Max Army Size”- Research. No research node raises troops per march. The Army Leadership tree has Army capacity, which raises how much a march carries (its load), not how many troops it has. See Research.
- VIP. VIP gives army attack, defense and HP, march speed and gather load, not march size. See VIP.
- Bag items. Timed items give attack, defense, upkeep, EXP or Guild Coin boosts. None raises march size.
How many marches you can have out
Section titled “How many marches you can have out”- Castle level 1: 1 slot
- Castle level 8: 2 slots
- Castle level 15: 3 slots
- Castle level 22: 4 slots
- Castle level 29: 5 slots
War Chest adds slots: +1 at T2 and T3, +2 at T4 and T5. So the most you can have is 7.
- Gathering, attacking, supporting, reinforcing, garrisons, starting a rally and joining a rally all use a slot.
- A slot stays used until the army is home, including the walk back.
- Scouts are counted on their own. You can have as many scouts out as you have march slots, and they never block a march.
- When all slots are used you see “Army deployment limit reached. Recall an existing army before deploying another.”
How big a rally can get
Section titled “How big a rally can get”- The rally’s total size is the captain’s Max Coalition Army Size, which comes from the Battle Hall: 20,000 at level 1, 160,000 at level 5, 260,000 at level 10, 800,000 at level 20 and 2,500,000 at level 30. The full table is in Marches and rallies.
- The captain’s own troops must fit in that size.
- Each player who joins must fit both the room left in the rally and their own Max Army Size (with the hero bonus).
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- “My max deployment is 76k but I can only send 48k.” The rest of your troops are wounded, healing or out. Check the Infirmary and your armies list.
- “My march size dropped overnight.” Check your War Chest tier in the Ethereon Tower. Power decay lowers the tier.
- “Army deployment limit reached.” All march slots are used. Wait for an army to come home, or recall a marching one. A War Chest tier drop can also remove a slot.
